Mexican cuisine is one of the most well known cuisines around the world. In 2010 it was inscribed by the UNESCO as a cultural heritage of humanity!

Have you ever seen the tacos or other mexican foods that appear around the internet? Well, I am and, as a mexican, I can certainly say they are completely lost. That's why I want to share with you the real recipes, with photos and tutorials but to do so I want to know if the fooditors are interested. Let me know your opinion so I can decide if entering this endeavor is worth it.
