I tried to file my taxes and they were rejected because my somebody had already claimed me as a dependent and I filed that I couldn't be claimed by anyone.
I am in college and have not lived with my mom since August 2012. She does not pay any of my tuition, rent, or financially support me in any way.
However I did go home over the summer but I was working the whole time and the total amount of time I lived with her in the year 2014 was 3 months.
She does not financially support me and is claiming me so she can get tax breaks while I am supporting myself. What should I do?
