Starting at 1:07 we see 2 officers tase a man fleeing arrest, then start kicking and punching him while he's down. 6 other officers arrive and join in on the beating of the unconscious man, which amounts to 8 officers kicking, stomping and punching him for 3 minutes while on the ground.
