My short bio: I am a 20 year old filmmaker who is also native american. I come from ohkay owingeh pueblo (which was the 1st capital of New Mexico). Ohkay Owingeh means "home of the strong people" so naturally we take great pride in our dances especially the deer dance which is tomorrow. I am doing this in hopes that I can maybe educate people who don't really have an idea of what it's like to be native american.
